APRIL 2023

The company Klaus Barten Metall-, Stahl- und Montagebau GmbH from Bremen will be taken over by Heckmann Metall- und Maschinenbau GmbH on April 1st, 2023. After the company was offered for acquisition by Thomas Barten, the Heckmann Bremen location is pleased to be able to take over the employees, the customer base and ongoing orders.

The plan is to continue or expand the current good relationships with customers from industry and, with the resources of the Heckmann Group, to be a more efficient partner than Barten was recently able to be due to a shrinking employee base.

With this acquisition, the Bremen location can both expand the field of activity of plant maintenance to include personnel and customers, and win new customers for attractive production orders.
