With the founding of Heckmann Solutions GmbH on July 1, 2025, the group is creating a central service and management unit for all eight locations. The goal of Heckmann Solutions GmbH is to increase efficiency through pooled expertise, relieve the burden on individual operations, and pave the way for sustainable growth. The new company is headquartered in Hülsen.

The focus is on central tasks such as sales, IT, marketing, as well as uniform standards for corporate identity, governance, compliance, and quality and safety management (HSQ – Health, Safety & Quality). Particular attention is paid to sales. The group aims to continue growing by building its own sales team, collaborating with external partners, and making targeted acquisitions both at home and abroad. "Our growth so far," says Henning Heckmann, "has been generated by stable, long-standing customer relationships, which we intend to continue with confidence, and by the contacts in our network, which are a great asset." The establishment of Heckmann Solutions GmbH is therefore a central building block on the way to “Vision 2030”.
